Timeline for different building stage

Slab

also known as base stage, includes concrete slab, footing and it base brickwork.

Frame

the frame and / or walls are put in place, it may include supports structures, conduits for electrical and plumbing.

Lock-up

remaining windows, doors, external walls and roofing is typically installed, this means you can actually “lock up” your property.

Fixing

your bathroom, toilet, kitchen cupboards, appliances are all installed along with plumbing and electrics connected.

Completion

at this stage, in contracted items are all done by the builder.
